Excel Health Announces Availability of Q1 2018 Post-Acute Care Utilization and Performance Data

This most recent data encompasses post-acute care activity that occurred through the first quarter of 2018.
Compared with the same period in 2017, the number of hospice patient admissions increased 3.9 percent, while the admission number for home health patients grew by 1.8 percent. In addition, the total number of Medicare beneficiaries rose 2.1 percent.
